I have to say that I preferred “MyTaxi”:

  1. it was very clear what it was … FreeNow is just confusing … TaxiNow, TripNow, AutoNow, JourneyNow all would’ve been better imho
  2. the MyTaxi mobile app and web UI as well as invoices were (from memory) all available in English irrespective where you live (I don’t live in an English speaking one)

Still waiting what the added value from a customer point of view is … I have also been a DriveNow customer but so far I feel like there is a drop in service quality across mobility types rather than an increase.
