Your article has some nice visuals 👌 I admit that I am not a fan of frameworks like LeSS or SAFe. Having a clear vision is key, but long term planning in extreme uncertainty doesn’t make much sense.

I don’t fully agree with everything in Basecamp’s Shape Up, but NOT having a long backlog and only plan and execute the next cycle (in their case 6 weeks) somehow makes a lot of sense. If you haven’t already check it out: https://basecamp.com/shapeup/2.2-chapter-08
